Manager, Marketing Operations

OfferFit’s AI decisioning engine supports 1:1 personalization for lifecycle marketing campaigns, powered by reinforcement learning AI. This allows marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home, Yelp, Chime, Engie, and MetLife, among many others.

Our Marketing team is growing, and we’re excited to bring on a Manager, Marketing Operations to play a pivotal role in optimizing the technology, processes, and strategies that power our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Demand Generation and RevOps teams to streamline operations, enhance marketing performance, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across multiple channels.

In particular, you will:

  • Implement and oversee marketing automation systems: Implement and optimize OfferFit’s marketing automation platform, ensuring it’s configured to deliver personalized campaigns, automate lead scoring, and drive engagement through the entire funnel.
  • Optimize lead scoring and data management: Develop and maintain lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads and optimize lead routing. Work with the sales and data teams to ensure data quality, proper segmentation, and lead enrichment processes.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance: Ensure marketing data is accurate and compliant with privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Manage data hygiene processes to maintain the health of the marketing database.
  • Develop processes for marketing analytics and reporting: Collaborate with the marketing team and RevOps to establish reporting frameworks, track key metrics, and enable data-driven decision-making across marketing functions.
  • Manage marketing systems and workflow optimizations: Continuously assess and improve workflows within marketing systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency, allowing the team to scale effectively.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal 
  • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $133,000 - $153,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $19,000 - $22,000. Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. Please note that we adjust compensation for non–US countries using a relative cost of labor adjustment between the US and your country of residence.
