Global Client Director, Sales Solutions
This role will be based in New York City or Chicago.

This is an opportunity to join the exciting and dynamic LinkedIn Sales Solutions global accounts program selling Sales Navigator. The role is for a Global Client Director, responsible for renewing and growing the Sales Navigator footprint within a select number of vitally important named accounts.

Sales Navigator is the disruptive, enablement software sitting within the sales productivity suite which is catalyzing sales effectiveness and has proven itself to be the indispensable solution for companies, helping them to grow pipelines and increase close rates.
Responsibilities:
To build high quality account plans and set the global strategy for your accounts working hand in hand with your global partners in Europe, APAC and LatAm.
Collaborates with others by building relationships across the global team to meet the growth objectives of the business
To build and manage executive level relationships across your customers in multiple geographies
Build a fast understanding of the customers’ overall objectives, challenges and success metrics and determining how LinkedIn can support them
Help to build the Global Accounts program for the Sales Solutions business in LinkedIn
To drive additional, sustainable revenue from your customers
Listen to the needs of the market and educate the product and marketing team
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in sales
6+ years of experience in Enterprise level sales
Experience in global sales
Experience in relationship management at VP and C level
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of delivering large ($1m+) complex deals
Able to work effectively in a global team environment
Can work in an environment which is still being shaped – can handle a degree of ambiguity
Experience of matrix management or leading a team of cross-functional partners
Experience generating new business across geographies
Background in SaaS or technology sales or a Consultancy background
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and forecasting skills
Ability to use competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
Ability to gather and use data to inform decision-making and persuade others

The pay range for this role is $232,000 - $354,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
