This role can be based in Mountain View / San Francisco, CA.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn has 1B+ members and the network/community around this member base is the primary source of getting value from the platform. The LinkedIn Network Growth team is focused on helping members build and nurture/leverage their network. As the Product lead for this space, you will be at the forefront of creating incredible product experiences to maximize network value. You will manage and lead of 3-4 IC Product Managers and work with a team of incredible engineers, designers, data scientists and marketers to execute on your strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including AI and infrastructure engineering, data science, design, and business operations.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify user needs and prioritize features to build.
• Analyze A/B test results to understand how our experiments are impacting our users and decide which experiments to pursue further.
• Communicate complex AI/ML initiatives and results to a broader audience, including technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience
• MS degree in a technology-related field
• Significant experience building consumer products, and leading consumer growth teams
• Ability to build deep partnerships with other teams
• Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  

The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $290,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
