About the Role
This Senior Associate will work as part of the Strategic Finance team dedicated to LinkedIn’s largest business – LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). This person will play a pivotal role on the team by identifying, evaluating, and executing against opportunities to grow LTS. Already excelling in data analysis, any candidate for this role should be looking to further flex their strategic thinking skills, as outlined below.
The role is highly cross-functional, blending data analysis, strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational questions within the LTS team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change.
