We're seeking a Talent Coordinator who will own our entire candidate experience from application to offer. This isn't a pure admin role, you'll be the owner of a world-class interview process that makes every candidate touchpoint feel personal, intentional and memorable.
Process Ownership- Own and execute multi-stage interview workflows that scale without losing the human touch
- Partner with our Talent Lead to create seamless candidate experiences that set us apart
- Identify bottlenecks before they happen and optimize for both speed and quality
- Master Ashby to build workflows that work harder so our team can focus on what matters
Candidate Experience- Build authentic relationships with every candidate who walks through our door
- Ensure each touchpoint reinforces why top talent chooses us
- Balance advocacy with process integrity, you're their champion and our quality control
- Turn interview logistics into relationship moments
Systems & Standards- Document everything that matters, automate what makes sense
- Create processes that maintain our bar as we grow from 70 to 250 people
- Think in systems while acting with empathy
- Build the operational foundation for a world-class talent function
