Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts for senior leadership roles in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership roles in the CPG and e-commerce sectors
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics to improve sourcing effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience in CPG or e-commerce sectors
• Proven success in talent acquisition for senior roles, including executive positions
• Deep knowledge of North American talent markets (US & Canada)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM systems
