Source, screen, and vet candidates for behavioral therapist positions while managing turnover and backfill needs
Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates through the hiring process and adjust recruitment strategies based on performance metrics
Qualifications
3-4 years of high-volume recruiting experience
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
Strong background in healthcare recruiting preferred, but high-volume recruitment experience in other fields is acceptable
Proven experience using an ATS for candidate workflow management
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a competitive environment
