Implementation Manager

Lithic creates card issuing and payment infrastructure for technology companies that just works. We help some of the world’s fastest-growing digital banks, fintech companies, and software companies process billions in transactions annually.

We’re hiring a Implementation Manager to work at the nexus of our customers, our internal teams, and our partners. You will launch new programs, run internal operations, and build deep partnerships with our customers. You will be both customer facing, with responsibility for successfully implementing their programs, and operationally focused, with ownership of internal, bank, and network workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead customer implementations and professional services engagements
  • Work cross functionally with our Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to improve our existing processes and build new ones, including tools, guides, and testing
  • Own BIN installations, technical configurations, splits, and key exchanges with our network and issuer partners
  • Represent our customers, drive outcomes, and be a champion for our customers
  • Gather, organize, and present data on partner metrics (e.g. Quarterly Reporting to networks)
  • Provide thought leadership on optimizing BIN usage and operations

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills: ability to translate complex technical information and issuing jargon into clear business language
  • Strong presentation skills: you should be excited to present to external teams
  • Technical capabilities: demonstrated experience in a technical role; direct experience with APIs is an added bonus
  • Bonus points for payments experience, a working knowledge of BIN implementations, BIN management, and other core operational processes

Base Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 + bonus structure + equity

We believe in-person collaboration boosts creativity, communication, and agility, which are key to our growth. Employees in the NYC area are asked to work from our SoHo office three days a week - Tuesdays and Thursdays are core in-office days - the third is flexible.
