Overview:

Welcome to the Agent Workspaces team at LivePerson! We are a team of 6 engineers located across 3 countries in Israel, Germany, and Bulgaria.

We are looking for a Junior software engineer, SDE I  to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment on projects spanning different company areas, aiming to enhance and simplify how brands engage with their customers through messaging.

We are looking for a smart individual who wants to do more than just manage, but also shape and innovate!

 

You will: 

  • Participate in the development of complex, cross-team features as a solution owner. 
  • Take part in defining the frontend software design and overall architecture of the solution.
  • Work closely with UX teams and Product Management to define and build the optimal user experience for our customers.
  • Maintain WCAG accessibility certification for our UI, ensuring that all features are accessible to users with varying needs.
  • Keep an eye on industry standards and best practices and promote those within the team.
  • Work across the tech stack while leaning towards frontend development.

 

You have:

  • 1+ years of experience in developing Web applications, including native JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  •  Experience in the development of enterprise-level single-page applications using Vue.js, Angular, or React (We work in Vue.js)
  • Highly organized and methodological.
  • Has a can-do attitude and ability to see the bigger picture involving business aspects as well as operational excellence.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Advantage if you have knowledge or experience in Java/Node.js, couchbase, Kafka, GCP (Google Cloud) and Agile methodologies.
