We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support our client’s internal team in migrating email marketing processes from HubSpot to Pardot (Account Engagement). This role will focus on rebuilding and optimizing email workflows, templates, and landing pages while ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in both HubSpot and Pardot, with experience in email automation, CRM integrations, and marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot to Pardot Migration & Workflow Automation
- Lead the transfer of email marketing workflows from HubSpot to Pardot (Account Engagement), ensuring no loss in functionality.
- Rebuild automated email sequences (Welcome Series, Nurture Campaigns, Autoresponders, etc.) within Pardot.
- Develop email templates based on Figma designs, ensuring easy content swaps without complex HTML/CSS adjustments.
- Implement segmentation and personalization strategies in Pardot to align with previous HubSpot capabilities.
Landing Page & Campaign Migration
- Rebuild landing pages in Salesforce (Pardot) based on Figma designs.
- Ensure proper integration with tracking tools (GTM, Google Analytics, AdWords).
- Assist in troubleshooting reporting and dashboard issues post-migration.
Internal Training & Process Documentation
- Provide guidance on Pardot best practices, including when and how to use Account Engagement effectively.
- Document and standardize prospect and lead assignment processes.
- Define campaign creation workflows, including asset mapping, tracking, and redirects.
- Assist in training internal teams to ensure they can maintain and optimize processes after migration.
Project Scope
Prospect & Lead Assignment
- Assist in form-based lead assignments and general lead distribution.
- Define prospect field usage and segmentation strategies in Pardot.
Email & Automation Strategy
- Build email templates and reusable components in Pardot.
- Implement best practices for drafts, templates, autoresponders, and list-based emails.
- Configure Engagement Studio workflows, including email sends, delays, triggers, and automation rules.
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Support troubleshooting of reporting discrepancies between HubSpot and Pardot.
- Define key reporting metrics and assist in dashboard setup for accurate performance tracking.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing & automation, with expertise in both HubSpot and Pardot (Account Engagement).
- Proven experience migrating email workflows between platforms (preferably from HubSpot to Pardot).
- Strong HTML/CSS email template customization skills (without reliance on extensive coding).
- Experience working with Figma-based designs and implementing them in email and landing page builds.
- Deep understanding of Pardot’s segmentation, scoring, automation rules, and campaign tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign tracking, reporting, and dashboarding issues.
- Strong analytical skills to tie email performance metrics to business KPIs.
- Experience training internal teams and documenting processes.
Additional Notes
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, as full Pardot access may not be granted. The specialist will need to work alongside internal resources to ensure field creation, data sync, and campaign execution align with internal processes.
Pay: $30-$50 per hour
