We are currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Oakbrook Manor I (107 units) and Oakbrook Manor II (107 units), both 55+ affordable housing properties. The Assistant Community Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with Section 42 (IRS) and/or Project-Based Section 8 (HUD)regulations, and will be resident facing, ensuring to foster a positive living environment.
