We are looking for an energetic and client-facing Network Engineer for our Denver branch to support our clients with design and implementation projects. This role will focus on network and security projects and will work closely with our Systems Consultants, Project Managers and branch leadership.  

• Participating in network planning, architectural design, migration, configuration, and implementation  
• Working with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on project implementation, and resolving network issues  
• Providing leadership to identify, manage risks, and resolve issues in a team environment 
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks 
• Working independently with little supervision on day to day tasks, receiving general instructions on new assignments 
• Conducting research and staying abreast of new technology and industry trends 
• Supporting Layer 2 Technologies such switching, VLAN, spanning tree 
• Layer 3 Routing protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF 

• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment with network architecture design and deployment 
• Experience with networking and security  
• Ability to perform network assessments and design recommendations 
• TCP/IP, IPSEC Site to Site VPN, GRE, DMVPN, Client VPN, NAT, VRF technologies 
• Data Center technologies such as VPC, VDC, FcoE, FC, virtual switching 
• Cisco ASA Firewalls, IPS/IDS, IOS,NXOS, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Voice and Call Manager 

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)   
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
