Product Development Project Manager

Assist with Product Development for Beauty Brand spanning across different categories - Skincare, Colored Cosmetics, Bath and Body, Suncare, etc.

Assist Product Development Manager with the development, evaluation and follow-through for new beauty products, formula improvements, packaging and accessories
Source packaging vendors, labs, and manufacturers
Oversee formulators, vendors, and manufacturers to meet deadlines and drive progress during the development process
Evaluate incoming samples/products and provide timely feedback to external partners
Oversee product testing
Perform competitive research on new products and ingredient technologies to establish supporting data towards new product concepts
Maintain product development spreadsheets and other internal documents

1-3 years of experience in beauty product development
Knowledge and experience in managing product development projects from start to finish
Passion for beauty and skincare
Collaborative, open minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills are a must
Proficient in Word and Excel
Office is located in North County San Diego
