About the role
Lyra Health is looking for a driven, highly motivated Sr GTM Strategy & Ops Manager with healthcare, benefits or consulting experience to join our growing GTM Ops team. The Sr GTM Strategy & Ops Manager will oversee and coordinate projects across GTM teams, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of both project management and how Lyra’s mental health solution fits into an employer’s overall benefits strategy.
