About the Role

Lyra is looking for a Strategic Operations Lead for Lyra’s therapy network to partner closely with our Clinical Quality leadership team (clinical managers and leadership that oversee our providers) to drive key strategic and operational initiatives. Your work will directly impact our ability to maintain clinical quality excellence across the therapy network. In this role you will work closely with clinical and operations leaders to scope and implement initiatives that drive clinical quality and efficiency. 

This role will be a great fit if you are strategic problem solver that can take an operational challenge, use data to translate that into strategic choices, drive towards cross-functional alignment, and manage implementation. You will succeed if you are a critical thinker, highly data-driven, a strong communicator and able to collaborate well with different stakeholders.

• Drive strategic projects, including scoping, data analysis and implementation; an example would include improving the process for referral pathways across clinical programs
• Manage day to day processes with an eye for continued operational improvement and efficiency
• Develop new data infrastructures/dashboards to track and report out on program health to clinical leaders
• Lead high-priority initiatives to investigate, address, and mitigate any near-term risks, in partnership with teams
• Partner cross-functionally with our clinical and operations leadership teams to identify trends and define strategies

• 8+ years experience with management consulting, strategy & operations, high growth strategic ops or related experiences; experience working within a healthcare setting is a plus
• Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive alignment and execute through building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
• Strong data analytics skills and experience translate insights into a cohesive strategic story using Google Slides
• Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences
• Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care
• MBA preferred but not required
