Who We're Looking For

The OpEx Practice Administrator reports to our Operational Excellence Manager and works directly with our highly collaborative OpEx team. This role is responsible for supporting Operational Excellence, Professional Services and Customer Success and Support initiatives. This is a great opportunity to take an entry level role within a SaaS company to learn the operations side of the business! 

What You'll Do:

• Triage and report on shared Customer email accounts
• Create and send Statements of Work and Change Orders
• Maintain systems data quality
• Conduct project reviews
• Conduct expiring rates review
• Conduct project budget to actual reviews
• Conduct time entry reviews
• SharePoint site document management

What You'll Bring:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Documentation Management, Project Management, Business Analytics, or Supply Chain Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Customer satisfaction driven
• Intermediate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project skills
• Ability to work, collaborate and build strong, credible relationship cross-departmentally
