Who are we? 

Manay CPA was founded by Burcu Bree Manay in 2004 in Atlanta, Georgia. We are a certified public accounting firm that provides high-quality financial advisory and tax services to companies and individuals. We also offer a global investment network in the United States. Our team consists of American and international professionals specializing in business plan development, start-up, tax planning, and financial statement preparation.

We are currently opening our doors to a group of young trainees with our Summer Trainee Program who wish to put their education into practice in a fast-growing, full-service American CPA firm! We have openings in different departments, including Accounting/Tax, People & Culture, Marketing, Business Development & Sales, and more!  

The schedule of the Trainee Program will be shared in the near future. We are excited to receive your applications and will be sharing the details of our program with our candidates soon!

Trainees at Manay CPA will have the opportunity to continue as a full-time or part-time employee.   

• As a student or recent graduate, you would be able to put your education into practice within a fast-growing, international environment. 
• Use two months to work on a meaningful project while also learning soft and technical skills. 
• Be paired with multiple experienced mentors, there to help you every step of the way. 
• Receive a detailed evaluation of your performance throughout the program. 
• All the equipment you need to work during the program will be provided. 
• As we are a fully remote company in Turkey, your schedule will have some flexibility in terms of working hours. 
• We will provide a monthly stipend, and much more!

• Research topics relevant to their department according to the US system, 
• Learn company platforms and programs. We love technology! 
• Work with a team to resolve issues, learning about the full cycle of the department, and 
• Complete a job-related project by the end of their traineeship! 
• Depending on your department, you will be able to learn about different business functions and how they relate to the bigger picture. We have designed the program to be impactful for you and your career. 

• 4th-year students or new graduates from a relevant university program. 
• As we are an international firm, applicants must have a professional level of English. 
• Motivated candidates who wish to learn about US systems and want to further their career in a global environment. 
• Some knowledge and experience in relevant fields is a plus! 
• Dynamic, positive, and ambitious people who want to build their careers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
• Applicants should have some flexibility with working hours as our office is based in Georgia, therefore, the working hours will align with EST time zone.
