Associate Manager, Marketing

Reporting into the Influencer Marketing Manager, the Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping to bring our brand to life through events, influencers, and community engagement. At the heart of our consumer marketing efforts, this role will be an integral part of crafting the world of Mane and executing memorable brand experiences that build deep connections with our audience—both online and IRL. • Plan, Organize and Execute Event Production – Plan and produce brand events, from
  community activations to large-scale experiences, ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment. Integrate Marketing, Retail, Brand, and other key stakeholders throughout planning and execution.
• Manage Consumer Ambassador Program – Oversee recruitment, engagement, and
  programming for Mane’s college ambassador network, activating brand advocates on campus.
• Lead Regionalized Community Events – Develop and execute localized events to strengthen brand presence and connect with key consumer groups. Identify grassroots marketing, sampling and data acquisition opportunities.
• Support Influencer Strategy and Relationship Building – Assist in influencer partnerships, concepting/executing seeding & mailers, and campaign execution to drive brand awareness and online engagements.
• Influencer List Management– Manage, track and organize contact databases, lists and dedicated inboxes with influencer team.
• Support Brand Partnerships – Help identify, develop, and activate collaborations with aligned brands to amplify Mane’s reach. Partner with Retail, Ops/NPD & Product to support execution of product collabs. Present/pitch new partnerships & collab opportunities with brands, organizations, talent, and culturally relevant moments that align with the Mane vision.
• Execute Consumer Activations (In-Store & Online) – Bring the brand to life through experiential moments, from retail pop-ups to interactive digital experiences.
• Support PR & Seeding Efforts – Assist in press outreach, gifting initiatives, and media strategies to elevate Mane’s presence in key publications and platforms. Act as one of the points of contact for PR Agency (TBD).

• 3 years’ experience working in related marketing field.
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented—you know how to own, project manage and communicate a timeline both with your internal and external partners to get an idea across the finish line.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills + team-oriented and able to work quickly and accurately.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong prioritizing and multitasking abilities—you know how to play Tetris with your projects to make sure everything gets out the door at the same time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience managing and staying within a budget.
• Experience with Tribe Dynamics a plus.
• Experience managing an event production company a plus.
• Experience managing your own relationships on behalf of a brand a plus.
• Experience working in fashion, haircare and/or beauty a plus.
