E-Commerce Specialist

As an E-Commerce Specialist at On-Hire, you will play a crucial role in driving the online presence of our brand. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the management and optimization of our e-commerce platforms, including our website and various third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Jumia, and Noon.
• Developing and executing strategies to enhance online sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyzing key e-commerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
• Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
• Creating and refining product listings, ensuring the use of compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
• Collaborating with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless online shopping experience.
• Staying updated with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to continually improve and innovate our online offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-commerce.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing e-commerce experiences.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and leverage insights for growth.
• Experience with web analytics tools and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Jumia, or Noon.
