Job Description:


We are seeking an Events Marketing Manager with significant experience managing large-scale, high-profile events. As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies for high-profile events, including major festivals, concerts, and live entertainment experiences. This role requires expertise in high-level event promotion, a deep understanding of the live entertainment industry, and the ability to engage diverse audiences across multiple platforms.


You will work closely with internal teams, talent agencies, sponsors, and media partners to deliver large-scale marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, amplify brand presence, and create unparalleled fan engagement. If you have experience working on marquee events like Coachella or similar large-scale productions, we want you to help take our event marketing efforts to the next level.


What You'll Do
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for large-scale events such as festivals, concerts, and high-profile experiences. Create strategies that align with event objectives, maximizing ticket sales and fan engagement.
  • Branding & Positioning: Shape the overall marketing and branding strategy for the event, ensuring all messaging, visuals, and activations reflect the event’s unique identity and appeal to targeted demographics.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing: Leverage digital platforms, social media, and emerging technologies to promote events and engage audiences. Collaborate with digital teams to create content, run paid campaigns, and manage social media influencers and brand partnerships.
  • Partnership & Sponsorship Development: Collaborate with external partners, including sponsors, media outlets, and talent agencies, to execute co-branded marketing initiatives. Manage relationships with key sponsors and influencers to amplify event visibility
  • Experiential Marketing: Oversee event activations, brand experiences, and on-site promotions that enhance fan engagement, creating lasting memories for attendees both before, during, and after the event.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, analyze trends, and refine marketing strategies. Provide regular updates and post-event reports to leadership, showcasing ROI and key success metrics
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage marketing budgets for events, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns, advertising, content creation, and partnerships
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, sales, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Support the development of marketing collateral, ticketing systems, and event-related logistics.
  • Event Promotion & Fan Experience: Engage with fans via online communities, social media, and on-site activations to elevate the fan experience and build excitement leading up to the event.


Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on high-level live events, festivals, or concerts (experience with large-scale events like Coachella is a strong plus).
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns for major events, driving high ticket sales, fan engagement, and brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content creation, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and influencer engagement.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple large-scale campaigns at once while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of event promotion, branding, and experiential marketing strategies within the entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, sponsorship, and operations teams
  • A passion for live entertainment, with a deep understanding of audience engagement and event culture.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics tools to track performance and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.


Who You Are (Preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing platforms, CRM systems, and event management tools.
  • Familiarity with sponsorship activation and managing large-scale brand partnerships.
  • Knowledge of event logistics and how marketing strategies align with production and on-site experiences.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.

$90,000 - $100,000 a year
The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
