The Marketing Services Enablement and Operations Associate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Client Marketing organization with the operations and go-to-market enablement tools for selling, executing, and implementing with excellence, all Client initiatives. This role will work with the different multifunctional teams supporting the Visa Marketing Services organization in the Caribbean and Central America.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience
• Project and financial planning and execution experience
• Experience working in financial and budget planning
• Experience and understanding on Planning, Corporate Finances, Business Acumen
• Strong PMO Project Management Experience
• Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
• Strong collaborations and teamwork skills
• Strong ability to present with impact in English and Spanish
