Field Marketing Specialist - DACH Region

We are seeking a proactive and Field Marketing Specialist fluent in speaking and writing German, to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support marketing initiatives targeting the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness and business growth. While extensive marketing experience is not required, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in German and a keen interest in marketing. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Campaign Support: Assist in adapting and implementing marketing campaigns tailored to the German-speaking audience in the DACH region. 
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other activities aimed at engaging the DACH region market. 
  • Content Localization: Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure all content is appropriately localized for the DACH region audience. 
  • Marketing Material Development: Assist in creating marketing materials and collateral specifically designed for the DACH region market. 
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing local events, such as "Lunch and Learns," tailored for the DACH region market. 
  • Tradeshow Support: Guarantee the support of our presence in trade shows and industry events in the DACH region. 
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing time and resources. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Marketing Proficiency: Basic understanding of marketing principles. 
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office.

How We Work

Our hybrid schedule is 3 days per week, within a reasonable commuting distance to our Lisbon office. We believe that in-person interaction and collaboration fosters creativity, and a sense of community, and is critical to our future success as a company.
