Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

The Google Ads Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid search campaigns on Google Ads by conducting thorough keyword research, creating compelling ad copy, setting up and managing bidding strategies, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to improve campaign efficiency, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI), managing budgets, and continuously testing and adjusting strategies to maximize the effectiveness of ad campaigns across various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to refine our marketing strategies and deliver stronger business results through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns and a solid grasp of Google Analytics to analyze performance and drive actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

The primary goal of this role is to ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and collaborating with the team to achieve outstanding results. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement effective paid search strategies.
  • Launch, optimize, and analyze PPC campaigns for both lead generation and e-commerce across Google, Bing, and marketplaces to support client business goals.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
  • Monitor budgets and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
  • Report progress and insights to the Client Services team.
  • Ensure timely delivery of tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Propose and create new campaigns across various channels.
  • Stay updated on PPC and SEM trends.
  • Implement, optimize, and troubleshoot conversion tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure performance and identify issues.

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with Google Ads expertise.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, decision-making, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
  • Technologically savvy, staying current with advertising trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive problem solver, capable of finding solutions independently.
  • Native or highly fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Adaptable and quick to adjust to changing tasks and environments.
  • Works well with activation, strategy, and client services teams.
  • Responsible for client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
  • Google Ads certified. (Is this advantageous or must have certification)

Proficient in Google Sheets, capable of analyzing and managing data effectively.

Schedule: Monday to Friday EST Time 4pm To 12AM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday Work from home / 9AM to 6PM during Thursday Onsite
