This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a company that offers Luxury Living in the Heart of Tennessee.

 

Company Profile:

Founded in 2019, our client is a family owned and operated vacation rental property management company focusing on premium properties in the state of Tennessee.

 

Avid travelers themselves, they sought to provide travelers with things they wanted when traveling. This included modern and expertly designed spaces, clean units and linens, fully stocked kitchens, and a place that felt better than home.

 

Fast forward to 2021. The owners have formed a team that understands their vision and is helping to accomplish it. The company seeks to provide a positive, unforgettable experience to both clients and guests through personalized interactions, high quality standards, and streamlined technology.

 

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

This is a hunter-style sales role. You’ll be responsible for prospecting and closing new vacation rental homeowners from the internal database, as well as growing the real estate agent referral network. You’ll spend most of your day cold calling, qualifying leads, and closing signed contracts.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold call and prospect vacation rental owners from provided databases (REI Sift, Zillow, etc.).
  • Qualify leads and assesses fit for our management services.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and text using CRM workflowsSales1.
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls via phone or zoom.
  • Close property management agreements.
  • Reach out to real estate agents to build referral partnerships.
  • Track all sales activity in our CRM (Zoho or similar).
  • Provide weekly updates on pipelines, signed contracts, and outreach.
  • 3+ years’ sales experience, someone who can handle cold calls and close deals, with a preference for someone who has experience of dealing with executive-level clients.
  • Strong B2B Sales Experience: Preferably full cycle, with a track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience in the real estate, financial services, or other high-trust, consultative sales roles is advantageous, though not a strict requirement.
  • Excellent English (neutral or U.S. friendly accent).
  • Strong communicator with persistence.
  • Organized and metric driven.
  • CRM and phone systems experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am Philippine time
