ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester 

 
Our client is a leader in providing innovative and efficient industrial automation software solutions. With extensive experience in the field, develops tailored solutions that optimize industrial processes and enhance operational efficiency. Their expertise includes shopfloor automation, vision, and robotics applications. 
 

📌 Location: Athens, Northern sector (walking distance from Metro Station)

📍 Working Model: Hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 remote) 

🖋️You will be reporting to: Team Leader 




What you will do: 

As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in  automation software. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and be a key player in the software development lifecycle. 

 
More specifically: 

• Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of products 
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts 
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring prompt resolution 
• Assess product functionality and overall user experience 
• Perform thorough regression testing to guarantee product stability 
• Develop and implement testing processes for new and existing products, aligning with client needs 
• Collaborate with design and development teams to provide valuable input during product reviews 
• Manage and maintain CI/CD tools and processes in collaboration with the team 

•  BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field    
• Proven experience 0-3 years as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of Python and SQL 
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and test design principles 
• Basic experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, REST Assured) 
• Basic understanding of C++, C#, or JavaScript is a plus 
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jira, GitLab, or Jenkins
• Excellent communication skills 
• High attention to detail 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
