What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Alloy Wheel Refurbishment – Repair and restore alloy wheels to a high standard.
✅ Used vehicle Preparation – Ensure vehicles are in pristine condition for resale.
✅ Bodywork Repairs – Fix scratches, scuffs, and dents with precision.
✅ Paint & SMART Repairs – Mix and apply paints accurately using the latest techniques.
✅ Windscreen Chip Repair – A bonus skill, but not essential.
✅ Quality & Safety Compliance – Work within best practice procedures to meet high safety and quality standards.
✅ Time Management – Complete work within agreed timeframes to keep up with demand.

What We Expect From You:

✅ 3+ years of experience as a SMART Repair Technician.
✅ A full UK driving licence (essential).
✅ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
✅ A customer-focused attitude – we take pride in excellent service!
✅ A self-motivated individual who wants to help grow and develop the business.
✅ The ability to adapt to different work environments and embrace challenges.
