Sales Effectiveness Analyst
Location : Remote Poland Working hours 15:00 to 24:00 CET

The Sales Effectiveness Analyst partners with commercial teams to boost sales efficiency through sales process improvement, tools selection, implementation, reporting & training. Secure adoption and maximize Sales Tech stack ROI by:
- driving process improvements and best practices regionally, providing CRM Salesforce support to regional commercial organizations
- Working closely with many other stakeholders in a highly international context to provide relevant reports and sales performance insights.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Offer L2 support primarily to AMER organization, but also to any other region where tickets are assigned to
- Responsible for a suite of sales tools, conducting training, assisting managers and users with the objective to drive adoption and ROI
- Monitor and improve essential commercial processes: measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, review and optimize processes, deploy new processes effectively thanks to strong communication and change management Skills.
- Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards to capture and communicate key customer intelligence within the CRM system.
- Work Collaboratively with your peers and IT Team to continuously improve the CRM system to optimize customer centricity, by fostering an organization of continuous process improvement for our sales teams and enhancing functionality for the sales users and maximize reporting outputs.
- Nurture long-term partnerships with key internal stakeholders to implement, track and report key metrics to drive performance while providing user support and gathering feedback.
- Keep track of industry trends to identify new ways of improving our sales process efficiency.
Your background:
- Significant experience in Consulting, Data Analysis, Sales Operations or Finance with increasing responsibilities
- Previous experience in a sales, client facing role
- Knowledge of Analytics: Reporting, Dashboarding with an ability to structure and execute complex analyses and synthesize into clear insights
- Previous experience administrating a CRM system, Salesforce knowledge is a high plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness
- Results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence
- Able to work independently and as a part of cross functional team
- Above all, you’re not afraid to go outside of your comfort zone, you’re proactive, a fast learner, and have a great sense of team spirit
- Excellent communication skills
