Project Manager

Master-Works, a prominent leader in technology solutions, is searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, set clear project goals, and prioritize tasks.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Facilitate effective communications with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

• Conduct project meetings and ensure that all team members are aligned and informed of their responsibilities.

• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Evaluate project outcomes to identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement strategic solutions.

• PMP certification or similar project management certification is desirable.

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
