Brand Content and Social Manager

As the Content and Social Manager on the US Go-To-Market Team, you will oversee and execute content strategies and social media campaigns across our portfolio of brands. You'll ensure each brand maintains a distinct voice while meeting growth objectives through innovative, data-driven strategies.

We work hybrid at Match Group - IRL in our Dallas office, on Tuesday and Wednesday and work remotely the remainder of the week! We strongly prefer for this team member to be located in Dallas, however we are open to candidates that are located in Los Angeles. • Develop and execute a tailored content strategy for select brands within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of high-quality content (visuals, video, and copy) across platforms.
• Lead social media efforts (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), driving engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
• Develop content calendars, monitor trends, and implement innovative engagement strategies (e.g., live streams, brand commenting).
• Track and analyze performance, using data insights to refine strategies and provide key reports on growth and engagement.
• Manage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and agency or freelancer relationships to scale content production.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep brands competitive.

• 4+ years of experience in content marketing and/or social media management.
• A proven track record of executing successful content strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of major social platforms and content best practices.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong leadership in managing content creators, influencers, and brand voices.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• An adaptable, and collaborative approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to align with internal teams and stakeholders.
• A sense of curiosity and excitement to work with different communities across multiple platforms
