We custom fit our services to the specific needs our client’s project, providing or securing and managing the most appropriate equipment, products, services, people, prices, and timing on their behalf.

We are looking for detail-oriented and organized Warehouse workers to join our team at a camp job located at different mine sites and locations in Nunavut. These seasonal positions play a critical role in the smooth functioning of camp operational services, responsible for supporting our clients warehousing and inventory management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage of materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Prepare and package materials for shipment or distribution to various job sites as required.
  • Assist in the inventory management process, including conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and participate in all Client directed, and internal, safety training and safety initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. is required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role is required.
  • Previous remote camp experience is highly desired.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime as required.

Fly-in / Fly-out

3 weeks in, 3 weeks out Rotations.

Must be able to get yourself back and forth to Edmonton Alberta, or Yellowknife, NWT, to catch the charter flight in and out of camp.

Salary Range

$400/day - $450/day, based on a 12 hour day, depending on past skills and experience.
