We have an opening for a full-time, permanent VP, Maveris Solutions to join our talented, dynamic team in support of a large Federal Government customer.

We are seeking a VP, Maveris Solutions to play a pivotal role in bridging our technical expertise with business development efforts. This individual will serve as the chief among equals within a team of technology-area-specific technical leads, ensuring coordination, organization, and alignment across initiatives. The ideal candidate will not only facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions but also directly contribute to solution development for proposals and strategic initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned technical leader who can engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) working on customer engagements while supporting business development and proposal teams in crafting compelling solutions. The Technical Solutions Lead will also oversee our Maveris Labs initiatives and associated technical infrastructure, helping drive innovation across the company. Additionally, this person will contribute to the development of boilerplate and customized proposal content, marketing materials, website content, and other assets that communicate our company’s solutions to various audiences.

Duties

• Technical Leadership & Coordination
• Serve as the chief coordinator among a team of technical leads, ensuring efficient knowledge-sharing and collaboration across different technical domains.
• Work with SMEs who are embedded in customer engagements to capture their expertise and translate it into actionable solutions for proposals and business development.
• Organize and facilitate technical exchange sessions where proposal writers interview SMEs to develop strong, technically sound solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business development efforts, ensuring alignment between real-world solutions and corporate growth strategies.
• Solution Development & Proposal Support
• Leverage technical expertise to directly contribute to solution development for Federal proposals, bringing innovative, competitive solutions to the table.
• Work with proposal writers to develop boilerplate content that can be reused for future bids.
• Collaborate on marketing materials, website content, and customer-facing collateral that articulate our company’s technical capabilities.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and technical accuracy in all solution-related documentation.
• Participate as a technical leader in oral presentations for proposals.
• Maveris Labs & Innovation Initiatives
• Oversee Maveris Labs initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and ongoing customer challenges.
• Maintain and optimize the technical infrastructure supporting Maveris Labs and internal R&D efforts.
• Partner with internal SMEs to identify, develop, and refine solutions to technical and non-technical challenges faced by customers.
• Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
• Act as a key spokesperson in both formal and informal engagements, effectively communicating our company’s solutions to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings, ensuring our technical expertise is well-positioned in the market.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying emerging trends and technologies that can enhance our solutions.

• Proven technical leadership experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity or a related field
• Experience coordinating and leading teams of technology-area-specific technical leads
• Strong proposal development experience, particularly in the Federal contracting space
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, compelling messaging for business development, marketing, and proposal efforts
• Experience facilitating technical knowledge-sharing sessions between SMEs and proposal writers
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives forward simultaneously
• Experience overseeing technical infrastructure and R&D initiatives (such as Maveris Labs) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
