Role & Ideal candidate

As Principal Product Manager, reporting to the CPO, you will drive the product strategy and execution for key initiatives within a B2B marketing analytics SaaS platform designed for marketers at leading consumer brands. You will work closely with data science, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build impactful products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while delivering measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to drive innovation and product excellence.

  • Act as a proactive, hands-on product leader, driving multiple strategic initiatives with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap that aligns with customer needs, internal stakeholders, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Own and maintain product backlogs, detailed product requirements, documentation, and customer insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure product success, optimize adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Anticipate risks in the product development lifecycle and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to refine the product roadmap and identify potential integrations.
  • Advocate for an exceptional user experience (UX) by collaborating with design and research teams to deliver intuitive, high-impact products.
  • Partner with Customer Success to enhance client engagement, drive retention, and optimize product adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to refine go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging, ensuring product-market fit.
  • Act as a thought leader and mentor within the product organization, sharing best practices and influencing cross-functional teams to drive innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including 6+ years as a product manager 
  • Proven experience in building B2B SaaS platforms for enterprises, including applications, analytics, and integrations.
  • Experience in the AdTech or MarTech domain is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing products powered by data science models, artificial intelligence, or generative AI.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Passion for creating exceptional customer and partner experiences, with a focus on driving business growth through enterprise workflows and strategic integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate marketer needs into product requirements for data science, engineering, and design teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment, following methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills, utilizing strategic thinking, team and project leadership, personnel development, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across functional and organizational boundaries.
  • Self-motivated to continuously upgrade domain knowledge, staying informed of the latest developments in the field and evaluating their potential application to Measured solutions and services
