Senior Product Manager - Solution Integration & Customer Enablement (f/d/m)

What you will work on

As the Senior Product Manager - Solution Integration & Customer Enablement (f/d/m), you will be defining the services and capabilities required for our customers to seamlessly integrate FERNRIDE’s human-assisted autonomy solution into their environments and operations, and to enable them to maximize its benefits and ensure optimal efficiency. You always put customer needs and values first by having a holistic view of our product offering, end customers and users. And, as a core member of the product team, you will help establish a product mindset across departments. In your role, you are working closely with our engineering, commercial, and operations teams.

How you will leave your footprint

• Assess customer sites and operational processes to design approaches, interfaces, tooling, and services for ensuring smooth integrations and highly efficient utilization of our product.
• Identify trends in customer needs to translate them into new features and services as part of the overall product strategy.
• Work with the product managers in your team to align your focus area and make it contribute to the product roadmap, strategy, and vision.
• Partner with engineering to define and implement technical product capabilities.
• Collaborate with operations to define and continuously refine processes and services.
• Bridge the gap between technology, business, and customers to foster a company-wide product culture.

What you will bring to the team

• Several years of experience in product management, service design, and/or solution architecture, preferably in industrial automation, robotics or transportation.
• Several years of experience in B2B customer-facing roles, preferably in the logistics domain like container terminals or distribution centers.
• Track record of bringing products from idea to market.
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Fluent in  English in writing and speaking.
