Job Summary:
As Product Manager – FemTech & Digital Health, you will be responsible for developing and scaling innovative healthcare products tailored for women’s health. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring that our FemTech solutions integrate seamlessly into clinical care, digital health tools, and wearable technology.
This is a high-impact role requiring expertise in healthcare innovation, operations, and project execution. The ideal candidate has start-up/scale-up experience and the ability to translate clinical and technical requirements into patient-centric products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new FemTech healthcare solutions.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and clinical needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and MVP to full-scale implementation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, clinical, and regulatory teams to enhance product functionality.
- Leverage data, AI, and wearable technology to develop personalized and predictive health solutions for women.
- Operational Execution & Scale-Up:
- Build and optimize operational workflows to integrate FemTech solutions into clinical practice.
- Drive efficiency in patient experience, clinician usability, and digital health adoption.
- Develop scalable solutions that can be implemented across multiple locations and patient demographics.
- Implement project management best practices (Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies).
- FemTech & Digital Health Integration:
- Lead the integration of wearable devices, AI-driven monitoring, and mobile health applications into women’s health solutions.
- Ensure product development is informed by the latest advancements in FemTech, reproductive health, and chronic disease management.
- Identify emerging trends in digital health and women’s wellness to drive innovation.
- Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between tech, clinical, and business teams, ensuring seamless product execution.
- Engage with clinicians, patients, researchers, and industry experts to gather insights and improve product design.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to drive product adoption and commercialization strategies.
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all products comply with healthcare regulations, including CQC, GDPR, MHRA, and NHS Digital guidelines.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to navigate FemTech-specific regulatory landscapes.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure safety, effectiveness, and data security.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education & Certification:
- Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Product Management, Digital Health, or Agile Methodologies are an advantage.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, or digital health.
- Mandatory: Proven track record in start-up or scale-up environments, ideally in FemTech, healthtech, or digital health.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in developing and launching healthcare products.
- Strong understanding of women’s health, chronic disease management, and digital health solutions.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a hands-on execution approach.
- Expertise in health tech, wearable devices, remote monitoring, and AI-driven healthcare tools.
- Ability to translate clinical needs into user-friendly digital products.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with a focus on patient outcomes and engagement.
