Scope:
We’re looking for a Product Operations/Manager to help us scale and optimize our product development lifecycle (PDLC) while ensuring cross-functional alignment and operational excellence. This role is 75% product operations and 25% product management, meaning you’ll drive process efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and own key product initiatives.
You'll be responsible for:- Scaling Product Operations – Drive continuous improvement of our PDLC to ensure efficient execution across product & engineering.
- Building the Data & Metrics Infrastructure – Ensure every line of code we write ties back to clear objectives, and we can measure the success of our technology investments.
- Cross-Team Alignment & Communication – Keep stakeholders well-informed and ensure we have strong cross-functional collaboration in place.
- Tooling – Coordinate the rollout of tools to streamline our PDLC, ensuring they’re used effectively.
- Continuous Feedback & Process Improvement – Drive initiatives that ensure a high-performing and motivated product & engineering team.
- Product Strategy & Execution (25%) – Own and deliver select product initiatives, ensuring they align with business priorities and deliver value.
You'll do:- Own and Optimize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
- Drive continuous improvement in our product & engineering workflows.
- Ensure that all initiatives tie back to business objectives with clear metrics.
- Maintain high standards for roadmaps, GTM motions, and engineering execution.
- Build the Data & Metrics Infrastructure for Product Success
- Develop, track, and report KPIs that project effort back to business initiatives.
- Ensure we have clear visibility into impact and can communicate results effectively.
- Drive continuous feedback loops for a high-performing teams.
- Align Product, Engineering, and Stakeholders
- Ensure strong cross-company collaboration with a focus on transparency and alignment.
- Enable oneness between Product and Engineering teams.
- Support training and enablement for product & engineering teams.
- Enable and Scale Tooling Across the PDLC
- Coordinate the rollout and adoption of PDLC-related tools to support scaling efforts.
- Own and Deliver Key Product Initiatives (25%)
- Lead product discovery for select initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to prioritize and deliver high-impact features.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer success.

What you'll bring:- 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of optimizing product development processes and scaling teams efficiently.
- Strong understanding of Agile, PDLC frameworks, and product strategy best practices.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to tie product initiatives to business impact.
- Familiarity with product & engineering tooling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
