We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Applications Support Specialist to join our team. In this client-focused role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' websites, maintaining their online presence and optimizing their performance. You will be responsible for managing website content updates, deploying technical scripts, and facilitating their newsletter communication.

Responsibilities
Client Website Maintenance: Proactively maintain and update clients websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and functionality. This includes tasks such as:
Script Implementation and Management: Deploy and manage various scripts and integrations on clients websites to enhance functionality and tracking, such as:
Newsletter Management: Create, schedule, and send email newsletters to clients subscribers, ensuring consistent communication and engagement. This includes:
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding website updates, technical issues, and project progress.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of website configurations, scripts, and maintenance procedures for each client.
