Bilingual Business Development Specialist - (RN/MD– Remote)
MEDVA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage exceptional bilingual communication skills to cultivate strategic relationships with prospective clients and partners, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding MEDVA's market presence across diverse sectors by effectively articulating the value proposition of our virtual assistant services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Client Engagement: Proactively identify, engage, and establish rapport with potential clients and strategic partners through effective communication in both English and Spanish.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, identify potential business opportunities within healthcare, public service programs, and related sectors, and inform strategic outreach initiatives.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Utilize CRM systems to meticulously track all client interactions, monitor progress against established goals, and provide regular, comprehensive reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Opportunity Pipeline Management: Research and strategically identify potential contract and partnership opportunities within the healthcare, public service, and related sectors.
- Clinical and Medical Knowledge Application: Leverage clinical and medical knowledge to enhance the relevance and impact of proposals, presentations, and client outreach conversations.
- Proposal and Pitch Development: Draft and provide critical support in the development of persuasive proposals for government, non-profit, and private sector opportunities.
- Professional Representation: Represent MEDVA in a professional and polished manner across all forms of communication and interactions.
- Strategic Input: Collaborate closely with the executive team to contribute to the refinement of overarching business development strategies and organizational goals.
- Industry Awareness: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant industry regulations, emerging trends, and potential partnership opportunities within the U.S. and Latin American markets (as applicable).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in both English and Spanish, possessing exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Interpersonal Acumen: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, establish rapport, and cultivate enduring relationships with clients and partners.
- Analytical Capabilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively assess market trends, interpret customer needs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing CRM software tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Highly self-motivated, possessing a strong results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Home Office Requirements: Must possess a personal computer with a Windows operating system to perform the required duties. (Please note: macOS computers are not compatible with our current systems.)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical degree.
- Previous experience in business development, partnerships, or client-facing roles within the healthcare sector.
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems, programs, or non-profit service models.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in real estate or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet established deliverables.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in international environments.
- Familiarity with government or healthcare-related contracting processes.
