Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to Eneco’s energy services.
• Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service improvements.
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and effective solutions.
• Document interactions accurately and provide feedback for service improvement.
• Familiarize yourself with Eneco’s services and policies to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication while working from home.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently from home.
• Familiarity with customer management software is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including customer support on weekends.
