Customer Service & Sales Representative (Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian)

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Representatives who are fluent in either Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish or Danish to join our new and upcoming team. This position requires a unique blend of soft skills and a sales-oriented mindset. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction with Stokke’s products and services.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide outstanding service and support.
  • Identify customer needs and directly recommend products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Handle inquiries efficiently, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a knowledgeable manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of client products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to improve service delivery and sales strategies.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?

  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish or Danish.
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call centre or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.

What do we offer:

  • Starting date: ASAP
  • Contract Type: Fixed-Term (with the possibility to be made permanent in the future).
  • Working hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Competitive base salary of €19,500 gross per annum in addition to:
  • 6,60€/day meal voucher (132€/month).
  • A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
  • Possibility to earn monthly KPI-based incentives.
  • Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
  • Hybrid working model from our Bratislava location.
  • Fully paid office training lasting 5–7 weeks that optimally prepares you for your job.
