Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is thrilled to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent in our Online Travel & Tour Packages Department. In this engaging role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers in planning their travel experiences by providing information on tour packages, booking assistance, and answering any inquiries. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the booking process, offering insights on travel destinations, and addressing any concerns they may have before or during their trips. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to travel packages and bookings.
• Assist customers with selecting, booking, and modifying their travel plans.
• Offer destination insights and recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about travel trends, packages, and promotions to better assist customers.
• Document customer interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure a seamless booking experience for customers.

• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in travel, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A background in travel-related software or booking systems is advantageous.
• Ability to learn and understand various travel destinations and packages quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
