Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding the online marketplace.
• Assist users with account management, product inquiries, and transaction questions.
• Provide guidance on platform navigation, safe shopping practices, and order tracking.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and online marketplace trends.
• Capture feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service enhancement.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in e-commerce or online platforms, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online marketplace applications is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
