• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and processes.
• Stay informed about the company’s offerings and industry trends to provide up-to-date information.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement.

• Fluency in Flemish and English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to assist customers effectively.
• Proficient in using customer service software and digital communication tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
