French Speaking Customer Service for Online Retail Department

Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Online Retail Department. In this essential role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our online product offerings, order placements, and shipping details. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional support, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in French regarding online retail inquiries.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Resolve inquiries related to product availability, delivery options, and payment issues.
• Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay updated on product information and promotions to better assist customers.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and care.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software or online retail platforms is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of resolving issues efficiently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
