Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in French regarding food delivery services.
• Assist users with order placements, tracking deliveries, and addressing menu-related questions.
• Provide clear information about promotions, offers, and food safety practices.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate food deliveries.
• Stay updated on menu changes and operational processes to provide accurate assistance.
• Encourage user engagement and promote features to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the food or delivery sector, is a plus.
