Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in German for inquiries related to our online streaming services.
• Assist customers with account setup, subscription details, and content browsing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidelines for resolution.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest media content, features, and trends to assist customers effectively.
• Gather and report customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or technology sector is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
• Familiarity with customer support software and online streaming platforms is a plus.
