Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and offer accurate information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions effectively in our support systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to resolve more complex issues.
• Gather and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Keep abreast of product updates to relay accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Familiarity with customer service software would be beneficial.
• Ability to remain organized and prioritize tasks in a remote working environment.
• A friendly attitude, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting customers.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as required to meet customer demands.
