German Speaking Digital Products Business Development Representative

Mercier Consultancy BG is actively seeking a German Speaking Digital Products Business Development Representative to enhance our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in the German market by promoting our digital product offerings. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities in the German market for our digital products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify client needs and emerging trends.
• Create and deliver customized presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our product value.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with market requirements.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing sales.
• Document client interactions and provide feedback for product enhancements based on market insights.

• Fluency in German and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales, particularly in digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, technology trends, and product positioning.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with a proven ability to engage clients effectively.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently while also being a team player.
