Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Greek for online retail inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, order placements, and modifications.
• Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth process for customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to provide accurate shipping updates.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the online retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
