Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Greek regarding our food delivery services.
• Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate with drivers to resolve complaints.
• Document and keep records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with kitchen and logistics teams to ensure timely service.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, promotions, and delivery areas.
• Collect feedback and insights from customers to recommend service improvements.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Prior experience in customer support, especially within the food delivery or hospitality sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and food delivery systems is a plus.
