Danish Speaking Consultant for IT Support & Cybersecurity Solutions Department

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing tailored IT support and expert cybersecurity consulting to our diverse client base. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, advising clients on the latest cybersecurity practices, and assisting them in implementing effective security measures to safeguard their IT infrastructure. Working alongside our dedicated technical team, you will ensure that clients receive exceptional service and proactive support catered to their specific needs. Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and cybersecurity consulting services to clients, communicating fluently in Danish.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to systems, software, and cybersecurity concerns.
• Advise clients on best practices for cybersecurity, helping them to mitigate potential risks.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions designed to protect client assets.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on current cybersecurity threats and effective preventative measures.
• Collaborate with the IT support team to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and follow-ups.
• Document all client interactions and technical solutions to facilitate ongoing improvement efforts.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a technical orientation.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Proficiency in utilizing IT and cybersecurity tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• A commitment to continuous learning about emerging trends in IT and cybersecurity.
